Tato bakalářská se zaměřuje na téma seniorů s demencí a na Psychobiografický model péče Erwina Böhma. Práce je rozdělena do tří teoretických kapitol a jedné praktické zabývající se teoretickým náhledem, jak probíhá příjem klienta do neziskové organizace, která spolupracuje s výše uvedeným modelem. V prvních kapitolách seznamuji čtenářem s pojmy stárnutí a stáří a jejich úskalí. Druhá kapitola navazuje objasněním pojmů demence a Alzheimerova choroba, na které se tato bakalářská práce zaměřuje. Nalézají se zde různá rozdělení, vysvětlení a možnosti terapií těchto diagnóz. Třetí kapitola se cíleně zaměřuje na model Erwina Böhma a objasňuje jeho princip péče. Poslední kapitola se věnuje neziskové organizaci Domov Sue Ryder, z.ú. a seznamuji zde čtenáře s dvěma rozdílnými druhy příjmů klienta do organizace. The main objective of this theses is elderly people suffering from dementia and a Psycho-biographical Erwin Böhm care model. The thesis is divided into three theoretical parts and one practical part, which focuses on the the theoretical process of acceptance elderly people into a non-profit organization that works with the above mentioned model. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the terms of aging and all the difficulties brought by this stage of life. The second chapter firstly clarifies the terms of dementia and Alzheimer disease and secondly it explains the different sorting and alternatives in therapies of these diseases. The third part focuses on the Erwin Böhm care model and clarifies all the care principles. The final chapter describes the non-profit organization elderly home Sue Ryder, z.ú. and it also creates an overview of two different ways on how to accept a client into this organization.
