Bakalářská práce Zapojení zahradní terapie do procesu koordinované rehabilitace lidí se zdravotním postižením nejprve vymezuje pojetí člověka se zdravotním postižením v rámci biopsychosociálního pohledu. Následně představuje komplexní proces koordinované rehabilitace, její historii a jednotlivé prostředky - léčebnou, sociální, pedagogickou a pracovní rehabilitaci. Dále se práce zaměřuje na zahradní terapii jako na metodu, která může být prospěšná v rámci procesu koordinované rehabilitace lidí se zdravotním postižením. V práci jsou vymezeny pojmy klíčové pro oblast zahradní terapie - historie, přínosy a cíle, zahradní terapeut, terapeutická zahrada a individuální přístup. V závěru práce jsou prezentovány příklady z pracovišť, kde se uplatňuje zahradní terapie při rehabilitaci v kontextu jednotlivých prostředků rehabilitace. The bachelor thesis Involvement of horticultural therapy in the process of coordinated rehabilitation provided to people with disabilities in the first place defines a concept of the person with disabilities in the context of biopsychosocial view. Consequently the coordinated rehabilitation, its history and specific processes and means are presented - e.g. medical, pedagogical, social and vocational rehabilitation. Further the thesis focuses on the horticultural therapy as an auxiliary method to the process of coordinated rehabilitation provided to people with disabilities. The key concepts of horticultural therapy are defined in thesis - history, benefits and targets, garden therapist, therapeutic garden and individual approach. In the resulting part, the examples from workplaces, where the horticultural therapy is applied during the rehabilitation in the coincidence with the means of rehabilitation, are demonstrated.
