Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl upozornit na problematiku domácího násilí se zaměřením na násilnou osobu. Jejím cílem je dále popsat a navrhnout možná opatření pro práci s násilnou osobou v rámci České republiky, a to na základě příkladů ze zahraničí. K tomuto cíli směřují čtyři na sebe navazující kapitoly. První kapitola se týká vymezení pojmu domácí násilí, přístupů k jeho řešení v rámci České republiky a nastínění výskytu tohoto fenoménu na našem území. Dále se první kapitola zabývá teoriemi o příčinách tohoto jevu a popisuje jeho druhy a důsledky. Druhá kapitola se věnuje kategorizacím násilných osob. Tyto kategorizace jsou nezbytné k následujícímu popisu druhů pomoci, popsaných ve třetí kapitole spolu s příklady terapeutických programů probíhajících v zahraničí. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje pomoci násilným osobám v České republice. Kromě činnosti tří pomáhajících organizací tato kapitola dále popisuje i státní aktivity v rámci pomoci násilným osobám. Na základě Národních akčních plánů prevence domácího násilí jsou dále přednesena možná opatření a návrhy, které jsou nezbytné pro zlepšení současné situace. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to show the problems of domestic violence, focusing on the agressor. The thesis should also describe and propose possible actions to help aggressors within the Czech Republic, based on practice utilised by foreign countries. The first chapter is concerned with the definition of domestic violence, the approaches to its solutions and the occurrence of this phenomenon within the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the first chapter deals with theoretical causes of this phenomenon and describes the types and effects of domestic violence. The second chapter deals with the categorizations of aggressors as it is necessary for the description for the types of help which follow. The types of help are described in the third chapter, along with examples of foreign therapeutic programmes. The fourth chapter, in order to achieve the aim, is dedicated the possible support provided to the aggressors in the Czech Republic. In addition to the activities of the three organisations providing help, this chapter also describes the state activities dedicated to help aggressors. Towards the end, the proposals and possible measures that are necessary to improve the current situation are presented, based on the National Action Plans for the prevention of domestic violence.
