Práce s názvem Podmínky integrace dětí se specifickými potřebami v Junáku se věnuje tomu, jaké podmínky pro integraci dětí se specifickými potřebami nabízí český skauting. Zabývá se jak tím, jak vhodné podmínky pro integraci těchto dětí nabízí Junák jako největší skautská organizace v ČR, tak tím, jak probíhá integrace v samotných skautských oddílech. Práce seznamuje s pojmy integrace a inkluze, krátce se zabývá neformálním vzděláváním i tím, proč by mělo být otevřené všem dětem bez rozdílu. Významná část práce se věnuje českému skautingu včetně jeho základních principů a skautské metody, kterou při práci s dětmi využívá. Podmínkami integrace dětí se specifickými potřebami v Junáku se pak práce zabývá jak teoreticky, tak prakticky. Součástí je kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný formou rozhovorů s vedoucími skautských oddílů, kde je integrované dítě s postižením. Tento výzkum poskytuje náhled do průběhu integrace dětí s postižením v jednotlivých skautských oddílech. Dozvídáme se, jak jsou děti v oddíle začleněné, jaké nároky klade integrace na vedoucí oddílů a co jim v jejich práci pomáhá, jaké přínosy a negativa má z pohledu vedoucího začlenění pro samotné dítě, pro vedoucí i pro celý oddíl. This thesis titled Conditions for Integration of Children with Special Needs in the Junák organization focuses on what conditions there are for integration of children with special needs in the biggest Scout organization in the Czech Republic called "Junák" and deals with the integration process itself as it is carried out in particular Scout sections in the Czech Republic. The thesis acquaints with the terms such as integration and inclusion, briefly reports on the non-formal education and explains the necessity of it to be opened for all children without exception. An important part of the thesis covers the basic principles and methods used in working with children in the Czech Scout. The thesis focuses on the conditions of integration from both the theoretical and the practical point of view. A qualitative research is also part of the thesis. It consists of interviews with leaders of those Scout sections that have integrated children with special needs. This research shows the process of integration of children with special needs in those Scout sections and provides the information about the ways in which these children are part of the section, about the demands the Scout leader have to deal with and what can be a help for them during the process.
