Bakalářská práce se zabývá individuálním plánováním a sociální rehabilitací v prostředí sociálních služeb se zaměřením na osoby s duální diagnózou. V první části nejprve popisuje základní charakter problematiky osob s duální diagnózou, duševním onemocněním, závislosti, jejich vzájemné ovlivňování, četnost výskytu duálních diagnóz, příklady osobností, které touto diagnózou trpěly. Další kapitola práce se práce zabývá sociální rehabilitací a vysvětlením termínu integrovaná léčba duálních poruch. Shrnuje také několik pojetí sociální rehabilitace a uvádí vysvětlení konceptu zotavení, jakožto cíle sociální rehabilitace. Popisuje zákonnou úpravu sociální rehabilitace a individuálního plánování tak jak ji upravuje zákon o sociálních službách. Pokračuje popisem individuálního plánování v case managementu a zabývá se také metodou léčby podle fází motivační připravenosti klientů. V práci jsou zmíněny spirituální potřeby jako součást sociální rehabilitace. Poslední část práce je praktická a obsahuje tři kasuistiky. Cílem práce je základní orientace v oblasti sociální rehabilitace a individuálního plánování se zaměřením na osoby s duální diagnózou. This bachelor thesis deals with individual planning and social rehabilitation in the area of social services with the focus on people with dual diagnosis. General character of the issue of people with dual diagnosis, mental illness, addiction, their interactions and the prevalence of dual diagnoses are described in the first part, including examples of individuals who suffered from such diagnosis. Next chapter deals with the theme of social rehabilitation and explanation of the term integrated treatment of dual disorders. It also summarizes several interpretations of social rehabilitation and presents the recovery concept as the goal of social rehabilitation, followed by legal regulations of social rehabilitation and individual planning by the Social Services Act. The last part describes the case management of individual planning and the stage of motivational readiness of the clients as a treatment method. The thesis also mentions people's spiritual needs as the part of their social rehabilitation. The final part of the thesis is practical and contains three case studies. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to give basic orientation in the field of social rehabilitation and individual planning with the focus on people with dual diagnosis.
