Práce se zabývá v prvé části popisem principů fungování terapeutických komunit, přičemž odlišuje komunity s hierarchickou a demokratickou strukturou, dále podrobně rozpracovává fungování hierarchických terapeutických komunit, které se využívají pro léčbu drogové závislosti. Zaměřuje se na důkladné zmapování psychologického profilu klienta a specifických cílů komunitní léčby, včetně prostředků jejich dosahování. Zmíněna jsou také základní myšlenková a terapeutická východiska a divadelní prvky, které se v komunitách běžně využívají. V druhé části práce jsou uvedeny paradivadelní systémy terapeutické a edukační povahy, mezi něž patří zejména psychodrama, dramaterapie, teatroterapie, psychogymnastika a tvořivá dramatika. Každý z těchto systémů je podrobně popsán a uveden do souvislosti s jeho možným využitím v rámci komunitní léčby drogové závislosti. Ve třetí části práce je zmapováno využití divadelních a dramatických postupů ve všech akreditovaných terapeutických komunitách v ČR, včetně podrobného popisu systematického zařazení některých paradivadelních systémů v TK Magdaléna. The topic of the thesis is based on description of how the therapeutic communities work. It distinguishes between a community with a hierarchical and democratical structure. It focuses mainly on hierarchical therapeutical communities most used on a field of the drug addict treatment. The thesis aims on profound description of psychological profile of a client and specific goals of community treatment including the means of its achievement. There are some basic therapeutical and philosophical grounds mentioned and theatrical elements commonly used in communities. The second part of the thesis describes the para-theatrical systems of therapeutical and educational character including above all a psychodrama, dramatherapy, theatrotherapy, psychogymnastics and a creative drama. Each of the system is well described and put on connection with its possible application for community treatment of those drug addicted. The third part oft the thesis describes application of dramatical and theatrical methods in all accredited therapeutical communities in the Czech Republic, including detailed description of systematical inclusion of some para-theatrical systems in therapeutical community Magdalena.
