Bakalárská práce pojednává o jednotlivých teologicko-etických aspektech nejaktuálnejšího odborného dokumentu v oblasti paliativní péce, kterým je Charta péce o nevylécitelne nemocné a umírající v Nemecku. Vychází pritom z presvedcení o nutnosti smerovat péci o nevylécitelne nemocné a umírající tak, aby docházelo k zajištení podmínek pro stav nemoci a umírání v dustojnosti. Cílem této práce je predstavit onu Chartu péce jako zdarilý mezioborový výsledek mezinárodní spolupráce a zkušeností lidí pusobících v oblasti paliativní péce. Práce chce naplnovat jednu z duležitých výzev této charty s ohledem na interdisciplinární prístup a na zarazování do vzdelávání. Zároven také prispet k lidsky dustojnému utvárení života nevylécitelne nemocných a umírajících, k podpore paliativní péce a ke vzdelávání aktéru cinných v oblasti paliativní péce. Pro tu je lidská dustojnost základem a cílem lidských práv, jejíž koren je, z pohledu teologické etiky, spatrován v biblickém pojetí cloveka (Imago Dei). This bachelor thesis deals with individual theological and ethical aspects of the current professional dokument in the field of palliative care; the Charter for the care of the critically ill and the dying in Germany. It is based on conviction that it is necessary to provide dignified conditions for the critically ill and the dying. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the Charter for the care as a successful interdisciplinary result of international cooperation and experience of people working in the field of palliative care. This thesis wants to fulfil one of the important appeal of this charter in regard to interdisciplinary attitude and integration in education. It also wants to contribute to humanly dignified life formation of the critically ill and the dying, palliative care support and education of actors being active in the field of palliative care. The dignity of the human person constitutes the real basis and aim of human rights. The source of human dignity is according to theological ethics rooted in the biblical conception of the human being (Imago Dei).
