Tato práce řeší problematiku výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, konkrétně pak negativní jevy, které na odsouzené ve vězeňských zařízeních působí. Cílem práce je popsat proces reintegrace od výkonu trestu odnětí svobody po následné začlenění do společnosti a nastínit způsoby, jak předejít negativním vlivům vězeňského prostředí. V práci jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy této problematiky jako je socializace, resocializace, penologie a penitenciaristika. Při jejím zpracování bylo využito zejména zdrojů odborné literatury Akademie vězeňské služby České republiky. Zásadní kapitoly této bakalářské práce, nazvané Restorativní justice a Alternativní tresty, primárně reagují na aktuální potřebu řešit situaci propuštěných vězňů. The thesis deals with issues of serving the prison term, particularly negative effects, which can influence the person convicted in prison. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the process of reintegration from serving the prison term until consequent integration into society and to find out the method how to prevent those negative effects of the prison environment. The thesis also describes terms such as socialization, social rehabilitation, penology and penitentiary. The main specialized literatures used throughout the thesis are scientific sources of The Institute of Education of the Prison Service of The Czech Republic. The most important chapters of this bachelor thesis, named Restorative judiciary and Alternative punishments, react to current necessity to solve the situation of release prisoners.
