NÁZEV: "Analýza klientů, služeb a metod práce poradny Magdala za roky 2014-2016." AUTOR: Anastasiia Riabtceva. KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Studijní program: Sociální práce (B7508), PSP (6141R030). Katedra sociální práce VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Hana Pazlarová, PhD ABSTRAKT: Tato práce popisuje problematiku domácího násilí a obchodu s lidmi z hlediska práce poradny Magdala a její spolupráce s klienty. Cílové skupiny poradny jsou oběti domácího násilí, oběti obchodu s lidmi a rodiny v krizi. V teoretické části práce popisuji podrobně druhy domácího násilí a obchodu s lidmi a podrobně rozebírám tuto problematiku. Na základě třiceti kazuistik klientek jsem udělala kvantitativní výzkum, který při pomoci tabulek a grafu popisuji v teoretické části. Cílem práce bylo udělat analýzu služeb, klientů a metod práce poradny Magdala za roky 2014-2016. Podrobný rozbor výsledku práce je uvedený v praktické části. Kromě grafu i tabulek v práci jsou uvedeny tři příběhy klientek poradny Magdala. TITLE: "Analysis of clients, services and work methods of Magdala counselling for years 2014-2016." ABSTRACT :. This work describes the issue of domestic violence and human trafficking from the point of view of the work of the Magdala organization and its cooperation with clients. The target groups of the counseling center are victims of domestic violence, victims of trafficking in human beings and families in crisis. In the theoretical part, I describe the types of domestic violence and trafficking in human beings in details, and I discuss this issue in more depth. I Based on thirty client case reports, I have done quantitative research which I describe in the theoretical part by using tables and graphs. The aim of the thesis IS to analyze services, clients and methods of work of the Magdala clinic for the years 2014-2016. A detailed analysis of the outcome of the thesis is given in the practical part. In addition to the chart and the tables in the work three stories of clients of the Magdala organization are presented.
