Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o pastoraci mládeže v Komunitě Chemin Neuf. Cílem práce je popsat pastoraci mládeže v komunitě a na základě šetření zhodnotit, jak jsou v komunitě naplňovány cíle pastorace mládeže a zjistit, kde jsou silné stránky a kde prostor pro růst v komunitní práci s mládeží. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy - pastorace, mládež a Komunita Chemin Neuf. Hlavní metodou, která byla použita pro zpracování teoretické části práce, bylo studium příslušné literatury. Pro část praktickou byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum mezi aktivními účastníky mládežnických akcích v Komunitě Chemin Neuf. Dotazník se zaměřil na to, jak jsou v komunitě naplňovány teoretické cíle práce s mládeží a kde mladí vidí silné a slabé stránky komunitní pastorace mládeže. This bachelor's thesis deals with a pastoration of the youth in the Chemin Neuf Community. The aim of the work is to describe how the pastoration of the youth looks like in the community and to evaluate how the theoretical goals of the youth pastoration are met there on the basis of the survey. Furthermore, the survey tries to find out the strengths and the weaknesses of the community youth pastoration according to the participants. The main terms are characterised in the theoretical part. Those are: the pastoration, the youth and the Chemin Neuf Community. The method used in the theoretical part was a study of the corresponding literature. For the practical part there was a questionnaire survey made among the active participants of the community events for the youth. The questionnaire was focused on how the theoretical goals of the youth pastoration are met and what are the strengths and the weaknesses in this field in the Chemin Neuf Community.
