Téma závěrečné práce je "Sociální práce s rodinou v rozvodu v praxi Oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí Prahy 9". Cílem této práce je popsat roli Oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí Prahy 9 a odborných poradenských služeb, které vstupují do situace rodiny v rozvodu a jsou nápomocné v porozvodové péči o nezletilé děti. Text se zabývá mnoha termíny, které se vztahují k dané problematice, prostřednictvím nichž popisuje jednotlivé složky důležité pro vyhodnocení situace dítěte a další sociální práci s rodinou v rozvodu. Přitom se opírá o aktuální legislativu, zejména o novelizovaný zákon o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. The topic of the final thesis is "Social work with family in divorce in practice of the Department of social and legal protection of children Prague 9". The goal of this thesis is describe the role of Department of social and legal protection of children Prague 9 and proffesional consulting services that enter into the family situation in divorce and post-divorce are helpful in the care of minors. The text deals with many terms related to this issue, it describes the different components relevant for the assessment of the situation of children and their families and other social work with family in divorce. It is based on actual legislation, in particular the revised law on social and legal protection of children. Finally, it introduces with activities of Department social and legal protection of children Prague 9 documented by case studies.
