Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a vysvětlit systém sociálně-právní ochrany dětí ve vztahu k cizincům na území České republiky a také to, jakým způsobem instituce a rezorty navzájem kooperují. V této práci je kladen důraz na individuální přístup s ohledem na vzniklá traumata spojená s transportem či životem v rodné zemi nezletilého cizince bez doprovodu. Je zde popsán specifický přístup sociálního pracovníka, který vychází z potřeb dítěte uprchlíka. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol a zaměřuje se na základní pojmy, které jsou pro tuto bakalářkou práci klíčové. Také pojednává o legislativním zakotvení, které je pro sociálně-právní ochranu východiskem. Dále popisuje institucionální zajištění nezletilých cizinců, kteří se ocitnou na území České republiky. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and explain the system of social and legal protection of children of foreign nationals in the Czech Republic and also how the institutions and departments cooperate with each other. In this work, the emphasis is on individual approach with regard to trauma connected with transportation or life in their homeland unaccompanied minor .There is described a specific approach of a social worker, based on the needs of the refugee children. The work is divided into four chapters and focuses on basic concepts that are crucial for this thesis. It also discusses the legislative which is the starting point for social and legal protection. It also describes the institutional arrangements for minor foreigners who arrived in the Czech Republic.
